Cary was President & CEO of Restaurant.com, an online advertising platform for restaurants and an eCommerce-driven savings platform for consumers. Cary grew Restaurant.com from $0-$63MM in gross revenue with over $10MM in net revenue and led the business from 0-18,000 participating merchants.

Cary was Ernst & Young’s Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year in the Technology category and an American Business Awards’ finalist for Executive of the Year. He was inducted into the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.

Under Cary’s leadership, Chicago Tribune recognized Restaurant.com as one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces, and it was also ranked #767 on the Inc. 500|5000 lists of the fastest-growing private companies. Cary earned a College of Business Honorary Alumnus Award from NIU and a Gold Steve Award for the Most Viral Marketing Campaign of the Year in Feed it Forward.

Cary has also served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Goodbay Technologies, a 2,000 employee company providing world-class customer support. He was the Co-founder of Rewards21, an online to offline Advertising Platform, and President of The Rabine Group, a holding company with 18 portfolio companies in service businesses. Cary has invested in and mentored many entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs on growth strategy and execution. Cary has a psychology degree from the University of Illinois, a JD from the DePaul College of Law, and a passion for high-growth companies.
